The ideal candidate may have a qualification or experience in business computing or related field. Needs to be a strong individual with confidence in own ability and enjoy working as part of a small tight knit team. Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing and friendly personality. Be able to demonstrate the versatility and flexibility that is required in a small company. Be comfortable working in an I.T. environment. Be proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / Access. A knowledge of Sage Accounts would be an advantage. Fluency in English is essential in addition to excellent communication skills both written and oral.
The Role:
As the first point of contact for the company provide admin support by dealing with customer queries by telephone.
Coordinate and log service requests
Updating and maintaining the Software Support Contract System
Updating Sage accounting system and general record keeping
Place approved purchase orders with suppliers
Provide support to the company’s sales staff
Assignment of ad hoc projects from time to time
