Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent, high-quality food service.
- Work alongside the Head Chef to prep fresh ingredients and execute our seasonal menu.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene (HACCP).
- Contribute to a positive, fast-paced team environment during busy services.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar Chef de Partie or Senior Commis role.
- Communication: Fluent English is essential to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Skills: Strong technical cooking skills and the ability to work under pressure during peak dining hours.
- Mindset: A "can-do" attitude and a genuine passion for great food.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €17.00 per hour
