We are looking for a Technical Operations Analyst to join our team in Dublin
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 9:00-17:00
Main duties and responsibilities

Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and service performance

Use Power BI to analyse operational data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement

Produce clear, structured reports for management and stakeholders to support decision-making

Provide day-to-day IT and systems support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations

Conduct workflow analysis, recommend data-driven improvements, and support the implementation of operational systems and digital tools

Train and onboard engineers on systems, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance

Schedule and coordinate engineering teams to maximise coverage, efficiency, and response times

Manage and optimise technical workflows to improve productivity and streamline operations

Support ongoing system improvements and process enhancements across the service function
Qualifications and experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools

Good understanding of operational workflows and service environments

Strong organisational and coordination abilities

Effective communication with both technical teams and stakeholders

Experience in IT support, service operations, or facilities coordination (desirable)
