Sales Representative – Clear Line Windows & Doors Ballymount, Dublin 12 | Full-time, on-site (showroom + customer homes) | €50,000 base + Commission
About the Role
Clear Line Windows & Doors is looking for a full-time Sales Representative to join our growing team in Dublin. You’ll split your time between our Ballymount showroom and customer homes across Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Meath and Louth — generating and following up on leads, advising customers on the right products for their homes, putting together quotes, and closing sales. You’ll be a key part of the customer’s journey, from their first enquiry right through to installation.
What you’ll be doing
- Getting to know our products inside out: learning the ins and outs of our full window and door range so you can confidently advise customers on the best fit for their needs
- Generating and following up on sales leads, working toward weekly targets
- Putting together accurate quotes and proposals
- Negotiating terms and closing deals
What we’re looking for
- Sales background: a solid track record in sales, ideally in home improvement, construction, or a related trade. Having sold windows or doors before is a strong advantage
- Confident communicator, comfortable negotiating and presenting to customers
- A knack for good customer service and keeping clients happy long-term
- Sharp eye for spotting sales opportunities
- Target-driven, with results to back it up
- Able to manage your own workload with minimal supervision
- Full, clean driving licence and happy to travel to customer homes as needed
Requirements
- Legally entitled to work in Ireland
- At least 1 year of sales experience
