Job description:
This position would be ideal for someone currently working in an aftersales environment in a motor dealership who is looking to advance & progress their career in the motor industry.
The successful candidate will report to the Parts Manager and be responsible for assisting in the upkeep of the parts department, dealing with retail customers also the supply of parts to the workshop and to the trade.

Job Specification
- Ensure that the parts front counter and storeroom is run in an orderly and efficient manner
- Deal with walk in customers and telephone parts queries in a thorough and professional manner
- Follow up proactively with trade and retail parts customers on parts orders and deliveries
- Work closely with the service department on their parts requirements when required
- Ensure all parts are ordered and delivered in a timely manner
- Process purchase orders and invoices and maintain proper records throughout
- Assist with stocktaking as required and investigate and differences
- Assist and support the Parts Manager as required
- Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
- Honest, reliable and used to working in a team environment
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic, driven and a self-motivator
- Knowledge of Keyloop/Kerridge Automotive System distinct advantage
- 2+ years aftersales experience in motor trade preferable

Pay: €37,000.00 per year
