Carambola Ltd. are recruiting an enthusiastic person for a part time, term-time position of Hub Supervisor for our Cork Hub located in Little Island, Co Cork.
Duties include:
- Working with the team in our Little Island Hub to prepare the meals for local schools (Aprox. 8.30am to 12.30pm)
- Ability to drive a medium van, along with a full clean driving licence required.
- General day to day running of the Hub.
- Ensuring Stock levels are Managed.
- Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to.
- Ensure the work area is always clean and tidy.
- Maintaining records and returning them to our Food Safety Manager.
- Carry out any other duties that may be required, including Cleaning, Organising Rotas and Staff Management.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Highest standards of personal hygiene, as per the food safety legislation requirements.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Experience in a similar role desirable.Days of work are Monday to Friday and are based on the school calendar.
