About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our warehouse facilities across Limerick and Tipperary.
Based between our warehouse sites and Head Office in Cappamore, Co. Limerick, this role is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient running of warehouse operations while leading teams to achieve high standards of service, compliance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational activities, managing warehouse teams, resolving issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer requirements are met. The role also contributes to operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of warehouse facilities across multiple locations.
- Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activity to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor warehouse performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage labour planning and resource allocation to support operational demands.
- Maintain oversight of inventory accuracy, stock control, and loss prevention measures.
- Act as the escalation point for operational, customer, and service-related issues.
- Support new customer onboarding and operational setup requirements.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure invoicing accuracy and effective cost control.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams across all locations.
- Manage staffing levels, shift planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Promote a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture.
- Ensure employees receive the training and support required to perform their roles effectively.
- Work closely with HR on employee relations, attendance management, and performance matters.
- Encourage open communication and continuous improvement across all teams.
Compliance, Quality & Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety, quality, and operational requirements.
- Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture across all sites.
- Conduct and support investigations, audits, corrective actions, and compliance activities.
- Ensure all employees are trained in safe working practices and warehouse procedures.
- Deliver and support regular toolbox talks and safety communications.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance, safety, and operational performance.
Equipment & Facilities
- Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and inspection of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure equipment remains safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.
- Manage warehouse facilities, office equipment, consumables, and operational resources.
- Coordinate the resolution of site and equipment-related issues to minimise operational disruption.
Reporting & Performance
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and operational performance.
- Prepare and provide operational reports to the General Manager.
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support cost control initiatives and resource planning activities.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Operations Manager, Logistics Manager, or similar role.
- Experience leading warehouse teams and managing day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Experience managing multiple warehouse locations would be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, and warehouse best practices.
- Experience monitoring KPIs and implementing operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements within a warehouse environment.
- Experience working within a BRC-accredited warehouse environment and knowledge of BRC Global Standards would be highly desirable.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel between company locations as required.
Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
