We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and education to children in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Working in line with Aistear and Síolta, you will support children's learning and development through play-based activities, maintain positive relationships with families, and ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will hold a recognised Early Childhood Care and Education qualification, have a passion for supporting young children's development, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Learning and Care (or equivalent recognised qualification).
- Knowledge of Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality childcare and education.
- Garda Vetting clearance and eligibility to work in Ireland.
