We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Evening Supervisor to join our team at SPAR - Coolmine.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail experience who is ready to take the next step into a senior role. As Evening Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the evening team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high store standards and overseeing the smooth running of the store during evening trading.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the evening team

Deliver outstanding customer service

Maintain excellent merchandising and store presentation

Supervise cash handling and store security procedures

Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and company policies

Prepare the store for the following day's trading
What We're Looking For

Previous retail experience (supervisory experience desirable)

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
