Project Manager - Enterprise Security Systems

Onyx Solutions is currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager for a senior position within the Enterprise Security sector.
This is a high-level role offering full ownership of complex security projects from initial handover through to successful completion, with responsibility across project delivery, financial performance, resources, clients and technical teams.
The position would suit an experienced Security Project Manager or a Senior Engineer with strong project experience who is ready to progress into a dedicated Project Management role.

THE ROLE
- Full project lifecycle management from handover through to completion
- Project financials, budgets and commercial performance
- Forecasting, cost control and financial reporting
- Project planning and programme management
- Resource and labour planning
- Management and coordination of engineers and subcontractors
- Procurement, materials and equipment management
- Client and stakeholder management
- Coordination with engineering, commercial and operational teams
- Monitoring project progress, quality and performance
- Management of variations and project changes
- Identifying and resolving project risks and delivery issues
- Ensuring projects are delivered to required technical and quality standards
- Project documentation and reporting
- Testing, commissioning, handover and project close-out
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Strong experience within Electronic Security Systems
- Experience managing or delivering complex security projects
- Strong understanding of CCTV and Access Control systems
- Enterprise-level security experience highly advantageous
- Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets
- Strong project planning and organisational skills
- Experience coordinating engineers, subcontractors and resources
- Confident dealing directly with clients and key stakeholders
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Full driving licence
