This role is to build brand awareness, drive community engagement to grow our online presence across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok platforms. Daily tasks span content planning, direct follower interaction and data analysis.
Content Creation: You will work closely with management and the e-commerce team daily to prioritise weekly content. You will be responsible for creating content inline with the Boutique standards. You will be responsible for designing graphics, creating videos / content and writing captions. You will be responsible for posting and scheduling daily content inline with weekly social media plan.
Customer Care: You will be responsible for customer care and daily engagement / interactions across all social media platforms.
Performance Analysis: You will be responsible for the review of metrics and growth algorithms.
Events: You will be responsible for capturing and creating all content at all events. This will include instore events and off site events that you will be required to attend : Fashion Shows, Customer evenings, Behind the Scenes etc.
Your role will cross over with the e-commerce and marketing team and you will be assigned additional duties as required.
