Are you a high-energy, resilient communicator looking to jumpstart a lucrative career in B2B sales? We are hiring skilled Business Development Representatives to join a newly formed, high-agility growth team within our marketing department.
Instead of endlessly dialing cold lists, you will be fuelled directly by our Sales & Marketing Team with warm prospects to approach. You will be responsible for the immediate multi-touch follow-up (calls, emails, social approach) of engaged prospects interacting with our active marketing campaigns or events. Your ultimate mission is to identify, nurture and qualify these leads and book high-quality meetings for our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Speed-to-Lead Execution: Execute rapid, personalised outreach to warm leads generated by our digital and outreach marketing campaigns
- Multi-Channel Prospecting: Utilise sales and marketing engagement tools to run multi-touch cadences incorporating phone calls, custom emails, and LinkedIn outreach to move targets down the sales funnel
- Qualification & Discovery: Conduct brief discovery conversations to uncover prospect pain points, map them to our solutions, and determine if they meet our ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Marketing Feedback Loop: Actively participate in weekly alignment syncs with the Sales & Marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign messaging or strategies
- Pipeline Management: Document all activities, notes, and outcome metrics meticulously within our CRM to ensure clean data handoffs to Account Executives
- Data Validation: Maintain the health of the CRM solution by constantly validating and updating prosect data
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced outreach B2B environment
- Skills: High quality verbal and written communication skills that resonate with prospects. Active listening is your superpower — you naturally know how to ask open-ended questions and open conversations that matter
- Attributes: Resilient and competitive, with objection handing skills. High organisational skills to manage multi-channel touch points per day without letting leads slip through the cracks
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with HubSpot is a major plus, as is knowledge of the ERP sector
