Responsibilities of the Chef:

Preparing and cooking food in line with kitchen standards

Ensuring compliance with food safety procedures

Assisting kitchen teams during service

Managing prep, stock rotation, and cleanliness

Adjusting to different menus and service styles
Requirements for the Chef:

2+ years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen
-
Contract catering experience is an advantage

Valid Manual Handling and HACCP certs (training available)

Willingness to work flexible hours
