General Operative - Powder Coating Plant
We are currently seeking a General Operative to join our busy production team within our Powder Coating Plant. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team operating on a shift basis and will play an important role in supporting daily production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare steel and aluminium products for the powder coating and painting process.
- Remove finished products from the production line for packing and dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as required.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be available to work a rotating shift pattern.
Shift Pattern
Morning Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 2:30pm
Evening Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 3:30pm - 12:00am
- Friday: 2:30pm - 10:00pm
