We are looking for an experienced baker to join, Banco, a new artisanal Italian bakery from the team behind Grano.
The successful candidate will have strong experience working with doughs and fermentation, with a solid understanding of bread production and dough development.
An interest in Italian baking traditions is important.
The role suits someone organised, consistent, and comfortable working early mornings in a fast-paced, craft-led environment.
