We are currently seeking a Door Person to join our team and be the first point of welcome for our guests. Working with our team, you will play an essential part in creating a warm, professional, and lasting first impression, ensuring every guest experiences a seamless and memorable arrival and departure.

The Role
You will be instrumental in delivering a refined arrival and departure experience for all guests. As the face of the hotel at the front entrance, you will ensure a warm welcome, assist with guest needs, and maintain the highest standards of presentation and professionalism at all times.
You will work alongside a team of professionals, uphold service excellence, and support the overall success of the front-of-house experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, courteous, and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure • Assist guests with luggage, directions, and general enquiries with confidence and care
- Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain a strong presence at the entrance, ensuring it is always immaculate and inviting
- Support valet, transport coordination, and guest flow as required
- Work closely with reception and concierge teams to ensure a smooth and consistent guest journey
