About the role
This is a fully remote, business-to-business (B2B) sales role selling places on a premium, certified executive programme for leaders in luxury and lifestyle hospitality.
You will lead delegate sales, engaging senior hospitality and marketing decision-makers, and converting interest into booked places.
This is the first programme in a planned series, running in the same or a similar format across further markets. The role is built to grow with it: the immediate focus is selling places on this first programme, with the work extending to the editions that follow.
What you will do
- Own outbound delegate sales: calls, follow-ups, and qualification of senior prospects.
- Engage Directors and Heads of Marketing, Social, and Commercial at hotel groups and hospitality brands.
- Manage your pipeline in the CRM with discipline and clean reporting.
- Handle objections with sound commercial judgement and move conversations to a close.
What we are looking for
- Executive-level written and spoken English. You are speaking and writing to senior decision-makers. Your communication needs to be concise, professional, and human, not templated spam.
- Polished communication and business etiquette. Familiarity with a luxury and hospitality communication style is necessary.
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience, ideally B2B.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality, travel, or related sectors (hotels, restaurants, events, or senior marketing and commercial contacts).
- Strong phone presence and proficiency in making outbound calls to senior contacts.
Engagement details
- Fully remote contractor role.
- B2B sales into senior hospitality and marketing decision-makers.
- Short sprint for the final five to six weeks before the programme, with the potential to expand into a permanent role.
- Monthly retainer plus commission on places sold or qualified revenue.
How to apply
Send:
- A short note on your outbound calling experience and why this role fits you.
- Your LinkedIn profile.
- Examples of campaigns you have run: what you sold, who you called, typical daily activity, and results.
- Whether you have sold to hospitality, luxury, travel, events, or senior marketing and commercial decision-makers.
Benefits:
Application question(s):
- How many years have you spent in outbound, phone-based B2B sales or SDR roles?
- This is a phone-first sprint. Are you comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day for five to six weeks?
- Have you sold or made outbound calls into hospitality, luxury, travel, events, or senior marketing and commercial audiences? If yes, tell us briefly what you sold and to whom.
- This role involves daily conversations with senior decision-makers in English. How would you describe your spoken English, and what is your first language? (For example: native, fluent, advanced business)
