THE JOB:
We are currently seeking to recruit a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The suitable candidate will be self-motivated, organised and proactive to support the delivery of HR operations across the business.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Generalist will be responsible for coordinating the HR function across all major functions to include but not limited to, employee relations, recruitment and selection, employee development, performance management, communications and HR systems, ensuring that policy and procedures are implemented, working across the full HR cycle.
Main Duties:
· Assist the HR Manager to maintain HR systems, HR reporting and tracking across the HR function.
· Provide support and advice to managers on HR matters, including employee relations, under the relevant HR policies and procedures.
· Assist the HR Manager to provide employee supports and wellbeing.
· To act as a key point of contact for managers and employee queries and guidance on HR policies and procedures., providing a trusted HR advisory service across the business.
· Assisting with policy updates and HR process improvements.
· Maintain accurate employee records to ensure high levels of data integrity, security and functionality.
· Support and guide managers through the performance management cycle, employee development and performance improvement plans.
· To assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring all compliance, documentation and certification requirements are met and to help deliver a strong candidate experience.
· To assist with the offboarding process.
· Collating payroll data and reports, working in partnership with external payroll provider.
· Handling HR and Payroll related queries from employees.
· Ensure accurate reporting compliance and audit readiness.
· Absence management: Manage illness certificates, annual leave and return to work reporting.
· Training and Development: Provide training analysis to identify and coordinate training.
Offer employee development opportunities to facilitate career growth and ensuring
industry compliance. Maintain a high standard of up-to-date employee training records.
· Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
· Supporting with ad hoc HR projects and administrative duties.
YOUR QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- At least two years previous experience in a HR Generalist or HR operations role.
- Third-level qualification in Human Resources, related discipline or equivalent.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong PC skills and comfortable using systems.

This is a full-time, on-site office based, permanent position which is subject to a six-month probation period.
The successful candidate will be required to provide Garda Vetting Clearence, complete a pre-employment medical and provide at least 2 professional references.
