Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:
- Manage breakfast service to ensure all guests are served promptly, with attention to detail and presentation quality. Address and resolve any guest requests or complaints promptly.

Coordinate and lead breakfast staff, ensuring team efficiency and high morale. Conduct daily briefings and delegate tasks for optimal service flow.

Oversee food quality, presentation, and replenishment. Liaise with the kitchen team to maintain food standards, replenish buffet stations, and address any food safety concerns.

Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, answer inquiries, and respond to feedback. Tailor service to meet the unique needs of each guest, enhancing their experience.

Train and mentor new breakfast staff, reinforcing the hotel's standards and procedures. Continuously coach the team to maintain high service quality.

Monitor and manage inventory of breakfast supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for daily operations. Order and restock items as needed.

Ensure all team members follow health and safety guidelines, with a focus on food hygiene standards. Conduct regular inspections to confirm compliance.
