Purpose of the role: The postholder is responsible for facilitating professional development of SCOPe HSCP in line with the requirements of the Rehabilitation Improvement Programme and with a clear focus on ensuring quality, safe patient care. The post holder will collaborate widely to ensure an integrated approach to improving workforce skills and competencies and patient outcomes. This role, the first HSCP Practice Development Lead role for St James’s Hospital is an exciting opportunity to work with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver on key aspects of the transformative Rehabilitation and Recovery Improvement Programme.
