We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Site Manager whop will be responsible for the the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and performance of on-site civils crews delivering network infrastructure projects.
This role ensures that all civils works are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Contract Drawings, Specifications, Programme requirements, and Actavo Civils SOPs, RAMS, and Safety Procedures.
Responsibilities:
Review, inspect and approve completed work from site teams.
Carry out Weekly Quality Audits onsite using Actavo’s Workflow Management System.
Ensure site compliance with council road opening licenses.
Ensure all reinstatement is completed in a timely manner, safely and to standard.
Report to the Head of Civils on a daily basis, giving important updates in a timely manner.
Manage site operations from commencement to completion.
Oversee labour, plant and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
Monitor quality and compliance standards.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
Prepare progress reports and site documentation.
Requirements:
Educated to diploma/certificate Civils engineering or relevant field equivalent experience
5+ years’ experience working on civils/utilities networks.
Experience in supervising multi-disciplined teams in a fast-paced volume driven environment.
CSCS in SLG, LUGs and Advanced reinstatement course desirable.
Excellent analytical with a high standard of numerical skills.
Data Analysis and Reporting.
Proven ability to use MS Office programs.
Full driving licence.
