We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join our busy call centre team on a temporary 2-month contract for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Full training will be provided.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently. We are looking for a friendly, fast-thinking individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Meet service standards and performance targets
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Requirements
- Strong computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office Suite essential
- Ideally 1+ years' experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced operational environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- A genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service
