- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety & HACCP
- Team player with attention to detail
- An excellent understanding of the current trends in the food industry.
- A high level of attention to detail is required when carrying out your duties.
- Working five days a week.
- Chef with strong management skills is required.
- Working with fresh food produce everyday.
- Capable of growing and bringing together a team to meet the needs of a busy restaurant.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of kitchen management skills is required for this position.
Pay: €32,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
