- Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat & Sun: 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Thu & Fri: 9:00am to 9:00pm
About the Role
Bidvest Noonan is seeking friendly and customer-focused individuals to join their team on a temporary basis during a planned maintenance project. The successful candidates will play an important role in assisting visitors with wayfinding and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the duration of the works.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Assistant:
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the shopping centre.
- Provide clear directions and guidance to alternative routes during lift maintenance works.
- Support customers in locating stores, services, entrances, exits, and facilities.
- Respond to general customer queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor designated areas to ensure customers can navigate the centre safely and efficiently.
- Escalate any customer concerns or issues to centre management when necessary.
Key Requirements of the Customer Assistant:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to remain professional in a busy public environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or reception experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
