The Opportunity
The Health Clerical Worker will provide administrative and clerical support within a healthcare setting, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and professional communication with all stakeholders. This entry-level role offers valuable experience for those beginning a career in healthcare administration.
What You’ll Do
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the health team.
- Maintain accurate databases and records in line with GDPR and confidentiality standards.
- Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
- Undertake other administrative duties as directed by the line manager.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically excel.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervision.
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
Desirable:
- 2 years clerical or administrative experience.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems is a bonus.

Pay: €30,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
