Your new role
As Office Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the Cork team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office while supporting staff, projects, and client engagement activities. This is a varied role offering a balance of operational leadership and hands-on support across administration, project coordination, HR, and marketing.
Key responsibilities will include:

Leading office administration and operations, including managing systems, supplies, facilities, and reception experience

Acting as the main point of contact for building management, vendors, and office-related queries

Supporting project teams with documentation, contracts, invoicing, and maintaining organised project records

Collaborating with finance and project leads to improve reporting and tracking processes

Managing HR-related coordination, including onboarding, offboarding, staff events, and wellbeing initiatives in partnership with the central HR team

Supporting recruitment activities and fostering a strong, inclusive office culture

Assisting with new business development, including bids, proposals, and client engagement

Coordinating meetings, site visits, and presentations while delivering a positive client experience
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and highly organised professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will have proven experience in an Office Manager or similar role, ideally within a professional services or design-led environment, with exposure to project support, financial processes, or contract administration. A strong ability to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail, and implement efficient systems is essential. You will bring a collaborative mindset, a solutions-focused approach, and a genuine interest in fostering a positive team culture, alongside strong proficiency in office systems and a willingness to continuously improve processes through the use of technology.
