Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Floor Staff to join our Dorset Street team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and contribute positively to our team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Handle customer queries and resolve minor issues confidently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Support the bar and kitchen teams during busy service periods
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience preferred (1 year minimum)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Valid right to work in Ireland
Desirable Skills
- Experience in high-volume restaurants
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
- Cash handling and POS system experience
