About the Role
Metroguard Ireland is recruiting professional Security Officers to support our portfolio of high-end hotels, hospitality venues, and client-facing environments.
This is not a standard door supervisor role. This is a front-of-house, customer-facing position, requiring strong presentation, professionalism, and communication skills.
You will represent both Metroguard and our clients, ensuring safety, service, and a high standard of conduct at all times.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide a professional front-of-house security presence
· Engage with guests, staff, and clients in a courteous and confident manner
· Maintain safety, security, and order within the venue
· Handle situations calmly, professionally, and in line with procedures
· Follow all compliance, vetting, and operational requirements

Requirements (Essential)
· ✅ Valid PSA (DSP) Security Licence
· ✅ Minimum 1 year security experience
· ✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
· ✅ Professional appearance and conduct at all times
· ✅ Full right to work in Ireland
· ✅ Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts

· Be reliable, punctual, and well organised
· Be confident dealing with members of the public
· Maintain high levels of behaviour and professionalism
