Description
Energen Power is seeking reliable and hard-working General Operative to join our team on high-quality data centre commissioning projects in Sweden. This is a full-time, site-based role on a well-organised project offering steady, long-term work with a strong support package.
You will support the site team with general labouring duties, assisting tradespeople, material handling, housekeeping, and other general operative duties.
Responsibilities
- Provide general labouring support to electrical trades on site.
- Assist with material handling, loading, and moving of equipment and supplies
- Maintain good housekeeping and keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe
- Support the site team with general operative duties as required
- Work safely and in line with RAMS, permits, and site safety procedures at all times
- Report any hazards, issues, or delays to the site supervisor.
- Work as part of a team to support the overall progress of the project
Requirements
- Previous experience as a General Operative / Labourer on construction or industrial sites
- Willing to work full time on a site-based project
- Safety-conscious with a good attitude
- Data centre or industrial site experience is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year construction experience required
