About the Role
We are currently seeking a Skilled General Operative / Air Tightness Installer to join our growing team. This role involves working on residential and commercial construction projects, carrying out airtightness installation works to a high standard, ensuring compliance with building regulations and energy efficiency requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of airtightness membranes, tapes, and associated systems
- Sealing of penetrations, junctions, and service entries
- General site duties including preparation, measuring, cutting, and fitting materials
- Working closely with site managers and other trades
- Ensuring all work meets airtightness and building regulation standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Requirements
- Experience in airtightness installation or construction / general operative work
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Safe Pass (required)
- Manual Handling (required)
- Full Irish driving license (required)
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
