Kitchen Porter
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and motivated Kitchen Porter to join our team. This is an important role within the kitchen, helping to keep the operation clean, organised and running smoothly while supporting both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment to a high standard.
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and work areas.
- Following HACCP and food safety procedures at all times.
- Preparing and setting up the kitchen before service.
- Assisting with basic food preparation when required.
- Setting up and maintaining front-of-house areas to ensure they are clean, organised and ready for service.
- Keeping stock, equipment and work areas organised.
- Supporting chefs and the wider team during busy service periods.
- Ensuring rubbish and waste are dealt with correctly and safely.
- Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures.

- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage, but a great attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
