PleasureStore.ie is a leading Irish adult retailer, operating both online and from our retail location in Drogheda.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Part-Time Ecommerce & Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on role covering online order fulfilment, customer service, stock management, retail support and social media. Due to the nature of our products, applicants must be comfortable working in an adult retail environment and providing customers with professional, discreet and non-judgemental service.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customers professionally and discreetly via email, telephone, social media and face-to-face in-store
- Processing and preparing online customer orders
- Picking and packing products accurately for dispatch
- Checking customer orders before shipping
- Receiving and checking incoming supplier deliveries
- Booking incoming stock into our inventory management system
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with general stock control
- Locating and preparing products for customer orders
- Packing and labelling parcels for courier collection
- Assisting customers in-store and helping them find suitable products
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional retail and fulfilment environment
- Assisting with social media posts and general social media activity
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day ecommerce and retail duties

Previous experience in retail, ecommerce, customer service, warehousing or online order fulfilment would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Hours & Schedule
- 20–25 hours per week
- Weekend availability is essential
- Applicants must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays as part of the normal rota
- Weekday availability may also be required
- Additional hours may be available during busy periods.
