You do need to learn quickly, embrace new technology and look for better ways of working.
Earn Up to €36,000
Your starting salary will be €30,000–€32,000, depending on your skills and suitability.
You’ll also have the opportunity to earn €2,000–€6,000 in annual performance bonuses, depending on your starting salary and results, with total earning potential capped at €36,000.
Our bonus is not an impressive number added to a job advert that nobody ever earns.
Your performance will be measured using real, visible metrics such as:
- Calls answered and missed calls recovered
- Enquiries converted into appointments
- Cancelled appointments refilled
- Patient rebooking and follow-up
- Patient feedback
- Accuracy and reliability
You’ll know exactly what success looks like, how you’re performing and what you need to do to earn your bonus.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and create an excellent first impression
- Answer telephone and in-person enquiries
- Book, change and confirm appointments
- Follow up missed calls and unbooked enquiries
- Help patients understand our services, prices and next steps
- Take payments and issue receipts
- Refill cancelled appointments
- Support patient recalls and rebooking
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Work closely with our clinicians and wider team
- Spot problems and take ownership of solving them
Who We’re Looking For

Experience in healthcare, reception, hospitality, sales or customer service would be helpful, but it is not required.
