Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and attentive Spa Deck Attendant to manage and maintain the spa deck and Airstream. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience in these areas, providing exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests - MUST BE OVER 18.
Key Responsibilities:
Hot Tub Maintenance:
- Monitor water quality and temperature, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of the hot tub, including draining and refilling as necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the Spa Manager.
- Ensure the sauna is clean, properly heated, and ready for guest use.
- Maintain the proper humidity levels within the sauna.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure the equipment is functioning correctly and safely.
- Greet guests and provide information about the hot tub and sauna facilities.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns, ensuring they have a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
- Enforce safety rules and guidelines to ensure guest safety.
- Keep the spa deck, including surrounding areas, clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Arrange and replenish towels, robes, and other amenities as needed.
- Ensure that all supplies and materials are stocked and readily available.
Health & Safety:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding the maintenance of the hot tub and sauna.
- Perform regular inspections and record-keeping for compliance with health and safety standards.
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment is preferred but not necessary.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of pool or hot tub maintenance is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
