We are now looking for a Facilities Cleaner to join our team at our facility in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.
As a Facilities Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our offices, canteen, toilets, welfare facilities and communal areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, reception areas and other designated office spaces.

Cleaning and sanitising toilets, changing facilities and welfare areas.

Cleaning and maintaining the staff canteen and kitchen areas to a high standard of hygiene.

Cleaning communal areas including corridors, entrances, stairways and staff break areas.
-
Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors as required.

Dusting and wiping desks, surfaces, furniture, windowsills and other designated areas.

Cleaning and sanitising frequently touched surfaces including door handles and handrails.

Emptying bins and disposing of general waste and recyclable materials appropriately.

Replenishing toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels and other hygiene supplies.

Monitoring cleaning and hygiene supplies and reporting when stock requires replenishment.

Carrying out scheduled deep cleaning of designated areas as required.

Ensuring canteen, kitchen, toilet and welfare areas are maintained to a high standard throughout the working day.

Maintaining cleaning equipment and ensuring it is stored safely after use.

Using appropriate warning signage when carrying out cleaning activities.

Following Company Health & Safety procedures relating to cleaning activities and the use and storage of cleaning products.

Reporting maintenance issues, damage, hygiene concerns or Health & Safety hazards.

Completing cleaning schedules and checklists as required.

Carrying out other reasonable cleaning duties within the office, welfare and communal areas as required.

Previous experience in commercial, office, facilities or similar cleaning is desirable but not essential.

Previous experience cleaning canteens, kitchens, toilets or welfare facilities would be advantageous.

An understanding of hygiene standards and the safe use of cleaning products is desirable.
