About Us
We are a family-run business, established in 1995, with a strong team spirit and excellent staff retention. We originally specialised in fireplaces, but quickly expanded to kitchen worktop and stoves, with a customer base throughout the island of Ireland.
The Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised and motivated person to join our team in a customer-focused support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys dealing with people, handling a variety of tasks, and supporting both office operations and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing estimates and assisting with pricing jobs
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Following up with customers regarding quotes, bookings, and general enquiries
- Providing friendly and professional customer service (via phone & in person)
- Assisting with scheduling jobs and appointments
- Supporting light sales activity, including face-to-face interaction on the shop floor
- Assisting with basic social media tasks (responding to messages, simple posts, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate customer and job records
Training will be provided in-house, so no prior estimating experience is required — just a willingness to learn and an attention to detail.
About You:
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Friendly and confident communicator
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and face-to-face
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn estimating systems
- Sales experience is a bonus but not essential
- Social media familiarity is an advantage
