We are looking for an experienced Manager to join the Coffee Works team. The ideal candidate will be available at least 3 days a week and 1 weekend day.
You will need to be able to manage and roster a team, work according to KPIs, maintain shop cleanliness, provide great stock management, follow HACCP procedures and uphold a great standard of customer service throughout the whole team.
You need to be able to prepare a selection of hot and cold drinks and process customer orders efficiently. When preparing hot drinks, we will look for someone who is able to quickly learn our recipes and adapt to our systems. You will need to showcase high food safety standards & understand standard cleaning procedures.
Experience in Specialty Coffee will be an advantage.
