RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the full lifecycle delivery of assigned manufacturing site programs, from strategic intent & business case through execution, operational readiness, regulatory support, handover & benefits realisation.
Translate site/business strategy into program plans, ensuring clear scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, governance, success measures & accountability.
Own program governance at site level, including preparation for steering committee reviews, SLT updates, above-site reporting, decision tracking & escalation management.
Own and manage program scope, integrated schedule, budget, resource plan, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies & change control process.
Integrate capital project delivery with operational readiness.
Lead cross-functional program teams.
Contract with functional leaders & base business owners to secure resources, work packages, deliverables & competing site priorities.
Manage program-level change control for scope, schedule, budget, resource, quality, compliance & operational impact changes.
Communicate program status, progress, risks, issues, decisions, financial performance & escalations clearly to the Site Director, SLT, steering committees & above-site stakeholders.
Ensure all program activities are delivered in compliance with EHS, GMP, quality, regulatory, financial, procurement & company governance.
Strategic implementation by ensuring new capabilities, processes, systems, assets & ways of working are embedded into site operations & sustained after project closure.
Accountability for program outcomes including delivery against objectives, business commitments, benefits, operational performance & site strategic priorities.

EDUCATION
Third level qualification in Engineering, Science, Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in project/program management, capital project delivery, manufacturing operations, engineering, technical operations, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, animal health, or another regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
Experience managing program scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, issues, governance, stakeholder alignment & change control.Project Management certification, Lean/Six Sigma qualification, or equivalent formal project delivery training is desirable.
