About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position working at Granny Grahams Café, with some shifts also in our busy indoor coffee shop, G Café.
You’ll be part of a friendly team, helping to serve our customers and keep the café running smoothly. The role includes working Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and taking orders
- Preparing and serving coffee, food, sandwiches, ice creams and other menu items
- Handling cash and card payments using our till system
- Keeping the café and work areas clean and tidy
- Helping with food preparation and washing dishes when required
- Working as part of the team to ensure the café runs smoothly
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Following food safety, health and safety and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly and positive attitude
- An interest in food and coffee
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Previous café or food service experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and other shifts as required
