Mission:
We are seeking an Offer Marketing Manager to drive the strategy, positioning, and performance of our Power Systems portfolio in Ireland (80%) and AIS Medium Voltage Switchgear portfolio in the UK (20%).
As the voice of the market, you will ensure our offers remain competitive and aligned with customer needs and industry trends. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, factories, and Global Business Units, you will support portfolio growth, product launches, and market performance.
As part of the UK & Ireland Marketing Organisation, you will leverage insights into customer applications, market dynamics, competitors, and electrical network requirements to develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement initiatives, and product improvements that strengthen market leadership.
This role is based in Schneider Electric’s Dublin office and requires close collaboration with teams across Ireland and the UK, including regular travel to the UK (approximately once per month) and occasional additional travel within Ireland, the UK, and internationally to support customer engagement, events, training, and business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Portfolio Strategy & Market Intelligence

Drive the performance of the Power Systems portfolio across the UK & Ireland.

Assess competitors, conduct technical benchmarking, and develop pricing and positioning strategies.

Analyse market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify future opportunities and portfolio enhancements.

Apply expertise in electrical network design and operation to position solutions that meet technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
Customer & Market Understanding

Develop a strong understanding of customer applications, buying drivers, and evolving market needs.

Engage customers, sales teams, and industry stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into commercial strategies and execution plans.

Identify future offer requirements driven by emerging technologies, regulations, and customer expectations.
Product Launch & Go-to-Market

Define and execute launch plans for new products and portfolio enhancements.

Conduct market potential and business opportunity analyses.

Create and deliver training, presentations, and sales enablement materials for internal teams and customers.

Partner with Sales, Channel, Segment, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Communications teams to implement go-to-market strategies and AMSP action plans.
Sales Enablement & Offer Promotion

Support pre-sales and commercial teams to drive portfolio growth across sales channels.

Develop value propositions and content for digital communications, campaigns, technical documentation, software tools, and customer-facing materials.

Provide technical and commercial support to address customer needs and strengthen market positioning.
Performance Management & Business Insights

Monitor portfolio performance, including orders, revenue, market share, and growth trends.

Leverage data-driven insights to improve offer performance, identify opportunities, and influence business decisions.

Develop action plans to accelerate growth and increase market penetration.
Global Collaboration

Act as the key interface between the UK & Ireland organisation and the Global Business Unit.

Contribute to reporting, strategic initiatives, and product development.

Shape future solutions by providing market trends, customer requirements, and regional insights from the UK & Ireland.
Skills & Attributes:
-
Experience in product marketing, offer management, technical marketing, business development, or a similar commercial role.

Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including competitive analysis, segmentation, offer price positioning, value proposition development, and offer lifecycle management.

Experience working with technical products or solutions in the electrical industry.

Good understanding of electrical network design, operation, and power distribution applications.

Previous experience with Medium Voltage (MV) applications, Power Systems, or switchgear solutions (preferred).

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to drive decisions and business performance.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address complex technical and commercial requirements.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and global teams.

Ability to influence and work successfully within a matrix organisation.

Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the Ireland. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
