Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a QC Technician to join our team in ensuring the highest standards of quality control. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality and safety through rigorous testing and analysis, supporting a busy manufacturing environment.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on products to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards
- Analyse samples using various testing methods to identify deviations from specifications
- Monitor and document all quality issues, providing detailed reports for corrective actions
- Implement and maintain GMP principles to uphold quality & safety protocols
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain the laboratory and carry out tasks in a sustainable manner in line with 'My Green Lab' principles
Skills:
- Qualified to degree standard in a life science discipline
- Proven experience in quality assurance procedures and methodologies (this can be through an intership)
- Proficient in analysing data and interpreting results accurately
- Knowledge of GMP principles and their application in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from quality standards
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
