About Us Inner City Scooters is a fast-growing mobility company based in Dublin, providing reliable and efficient transport solutions. As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our customer support team and are looking for an experienced Complaints Handler to ensure high-quality service and excellent customer resolution standards.
The Role You will be responsible for managing and resolving escalated customer complaints across multiple channels, including phone, email, and written communication. Your focus will be on delivering fair, timely, and professional resolutions while upholding company policies and protecting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Handle escalated customer enquiries, complaints via phone, email, and written channels Investigate issues thoroughly and provide clear, accurate resolutions Record, track, and update orders and spreadsheets Liaise with operational teams to resolve service-related issues Ensure all responses are timely, fair, and compliant with company procedures Identify recurring issues and report trends to management Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all customer interactions
Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service Proven experience handling escalated or complex customer issues Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluent English required) Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Competent IT skills (CRM systems, email platforms, spreadsheets)
