We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Warehouse Pick, Pack & Dispatch Operative to join our team.
This is a hands-on role covering all aspects of our busy warehouse operation, from receiving incoming stock to picking, packing and dispatching online customer orders. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team and is willing to contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack online customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and dispatch orders to meet daily courier collections
- Receive, check and process incoming stock and deliveries
- Ensure goods are stored correctly and efficiently within the warehouse
- Carry out stock rotation and help maintain accurate stock levels
- Assist with general stock checks and inventory management
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, organised and safe at all times
- Handle products carefully to minimise damage and errors
- Work closely with other members of the warehouse and wider team
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required during busy periods
- Contribute positively to the smooth running and overall success of the company

Equestrian Knowledge
Knowledge of horses, equestrian products and the equestrian industry would be a significant advantage.
As we stock a wide range of equestrian products, familiarity with items such as horse rugs, tack, clothing, footwear, supplements and stable equipment would be particularly beneficial when picking orders and handling incoming stock.
Previous warehouse experience is desirable but, for the right person with a strong attitude and willingness to learn, it is not essential.
