We are seeking a Senior Murex MxTest Engineer to support testing and migration activities from Sybase to Oracle. The role focuses on test execution, automation and EOD batch validation, with strong involvement in MxTest automation, Oracle data validation and defect management.
Responsibilities

Execute test cases aligned to business requirements

Support regression cycles and full EOD validation

Creation, enhancement and maintenance of MxTest automation

Run and troubleshoot EOD chains across QA environments using Tidal scheduler

Perform data reconciliation between Sybase and Oracle
-
Manage defects using Jira and Zephyr
-
Work across multiple environments and coordinate with environment teams

Contribution to failure triage and execution optimization

Adherence to testing governance and frameworks
Requirements
-
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Database covering SQL, performance and troubleshooting

Expertise in data validation and reconciliation between Sybase and Oracle
-
Proficiency in MxTest automation including test creation, enhancement and maintenance

Capability to run and troubleshoot EOD chains within QA environments and Tidal scheduler

Strong debugging skills for test failures and batch execution issues

Competency in defect management using Jira and Zephyr
-
Flexibility to work across time zones
