FULL-TIME FOH SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEADER — EDDIE ROCKET'S NAAS

Eddie Rocket’s Naas is looking for an experienced and energetic FOH Supervisor / Team Leader to join our team.
We’re an American-style family diner, and we’re looking for someone who is bubbly, confident, customer-focused and loves being part of a busy team.
⭐ THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION
The successful candidate must be fully flexible to work 5 shifts per week across 7 days — Monday to Sunday, including AM and/or PM shifts.

EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry and/or a previous Supervisor/Team Leader role is essential.
We are looking for someone who already has experience working in a busy hospitality environment and is confident taking responsibility for a team and the restaurant floor.
THE ROLE
Working alongside the Restaurant Manager and our other Supervisors, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the FOH team during busy service
- Managing the restaurant floor and ensuring excellent customer service
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Supporting the Manager with the smooth running of the restaurant
- Motivating and leading the team
- Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation
- Helping to create the fun, energetic atmosphere Eddie Rocket’s is known for
