CH Marine is one of Ireland's leading marine equipment suppliers in both the retail and wholesale sectors. We are presently seeking applications for a Telephone Sales and Customer Services agent to join our busy team in Cork city. This is an all-year-round permanent position in a progressive company and will suit candidates, who enjoy responsibility, being part of a team and working in a fast paced and busy environment.
Key responsibilities include:
· Answering and directing numerous incoming calls in a professional manner
· CRM
· Provide escalation of service & delivery
· Basic telephonic sales and web sales handling
· Key account management
· Amazon customer services
Skills required
· Knowledge and experience in a busy customer service position for at least 2 years
· Knowledge and experience of sales and invoicing platforms
· Ability to manage large numbers of incoming calls and queries
· Excellent organisational skills and accountability
· Ability to maintain high standards of friendly professionalism
Hours of Work
40-hours per week based around operating days of Monday to Saturday
Salary
Reviewed after 3 months of starting

1. Reporting to Department Manager
2. Annual Leave, 20 days per year apart from bank/public holidays

Pay: €31,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
