We are seeking dependable General Operatives to support civil engineering, construction, and utility projects in Roscommon and Kildare
Responsibilities
Assist with general construction, civil works, and site labouring duties.
Safely use hand tools, equipment, and materials.
Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
Support tradespeople, plant operators, and other site teams.
Follow company Health & Safety procedures and site requirements.
Identify and report hazards, incidents, and defective equipment.
Follow instructions from site management and complete assigned duties.
Assist with general groundworks and utility activities when required.
Requirements
Previous construction, civil, or general labouring experience is desirable.
Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong understanding of construction site safety.
Reliable, hardworking, and willing to work as part of a team.
Full clean Irish/EU Driving Licence.
Flexibility to work across different project locations.
Pay: €14.15-€21.46 per hour
