Job Brief
SNG Sports are seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our expanding team. The individual will join our Sports Net Installation team installing public pitch, sports grounds and park netting throughout Ireland. The role will primarily involve working away from your home-based Monday through to Friday. All expenses will be covered while working away from your home base.
Roles and responsibilities
- Work to agreed schedule and specification of works as outlined by the site supervisor.
- Erect posts lifting them into position using a certified lifting appliance and lifting gear.
- Use wire pullers to erect and tension wire rope and erect Sports nets to structure.
- Ensure attention to detail so that the highest quality standards are maintained.
- Tidy work area at end of day and ensure plant and equipment are stored in a designated secure area within the site.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines and procedures.

- 360 Digger ticket (desirable)
- Manual Handling (desirable)
- Safe Pass (desirable)
