Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Team Leader for a busy, high-volume supermarket in Dublin.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail supervisor who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of a fast-paced store.
Salary: €32,000 - €34,000
Responsibilities:

Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store

Lead, motivate, and manage a team on shift to ensure smooth operations

Drive high standards across shop floor, fresh food departments, and customer service

Monitor stock levels, control waste, and support merchandising standards

Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and company procedures

Always deliver an excellent customer experience

Assist with staff training and development
Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role
-
Grocery or fresh food experience is highly desirable

Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Highly organised with good attention to detail

Flexible to work across different shifts, including weekends
