We are a leading home healthcare provider, supporting adults in the community who require long-term or complex care, ranging from physical and intellectual disabilities to personal and social care for older adults. Your Responsibilities
- Direct Care: Deliver personal care and essential home support to clients in their homes.
- Care Plans: Follow care plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Promote Well-being: Actively promote independence, dignity, and well-being through respectful care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily care notes and promptly report any changes in a client's condition.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to infection prevention, control measures, and company policies.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with field supervisors and the wider care team.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Traits: Caring, dependable, and highly motivated to deliver excellent care.
- Education: Working toward or holding a QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification in Healthcare Support.
- Modules: Must have completed both Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills (fluent written and spoken English).
- Availability: Available to work Saturday and Sunday.
- Compliance: Ability to provide suitable work and character references and complete the Garda Vetting process.
- Note: Experience with disabilities or Dementia training is a plus, but not essential.
